Vendor products should contribute to PFM’s mission of supporting local food growers and producers and reflect seasonal availability. We prioritize products that are handmade with traditional methods in mind, unique and of the highest quality. If accepted, how would your business help further our mission? Please be as specific as possible when addressing your sourcing, distribution, manufacturing processes, etc.

We require vendors to source at least 25% of their ingredients directly from Oregon and Washington farms. These sourcing requirements include purchasing locally grown or raised, raw agricultural products directly from farms, not including local distributors such as Bob's Red Mill and Glory Bee. Please give specific examples of farms you source, or plan to source, your ingredients.
