We would also like to officially welcome Hooligan Harvest to the community – they joined us last October at the Lents International Farmers Market and their smoked & fresh salmon quickly became shopper favorites. Hooligan Harvest is a female-owned and operated Indigenous fish retailer based out of Portland. As a Yakama Nation tribal citizen, their products are traditionally and ethically harvested locally. Their Wild Columbia River Salmon is caught, processed, packaged and brought to the market weekly; it doesn’t get any fresher than that!
We hope to see you at the markets soon!
