About Matt Choi
At just 22 years old, Matt Choi and his mom started a booth selling kimchi at the PSU Farmers Market. From here, he became a leader in the local food community, lending a hand or sharing advice while simultaneously growing his burgeoning food business. For ten years, he was at the farmers market almost every Saturday—right up to his last day.
