Portland Farmers Market (PFM) has developed a comprehensive 2025 Vendor Handbook.
All vendors and their staff must read the entire handbook and follow all the market rules, regulations, policies, and essential information stated in the handbook.
Additionally, we have prepared a 2025 At-Market Currency Vendor Guide for vendors and their staff to reference.

PFM management has created protocols and procedures that allow vendors to lodge complaints against other vendors whom they think are out of compliance with market rules and policies.
This helps PFM regulate food safety, products sold and operational security.
